Terms of service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or hold a key. If you're under 18, you confirm that a legal guardian is aware of and okay with this purchase. Accounts tied to users below the minimum age are terminated on sight.

2. Your account and keys

Keys are personal and non-transferable. You can't sell, gift, lend, or share them. Each key binds to one account and one HWID. A second device will be rejected. Losing access to your account because you handed it to a friend is not our problem.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Enable 2FA. Don't reuse passwords. If your key gets leaked because of bad opsec on your end, we won't reissue it.

3. Acceptable use

Things that will get you banned: sharing keys, reselling without reseller status, initiating chargebacks, harassing staff or other users, attempting to reverse or redistribute the loader, using Athena to harm other people's systems, or circumventing HWID and account limits.

Things we don't police: whatever you execute inside your game. That's between you and the game's operator. If you get banned from a game for using an internal, that's the risk you took on.

4. Suspension and termination

We can suspend or terminate any account for any violation of these terms, at our sole discretion, without refund. Chargebacks result in permanent account ban plus an IP and HWID block. Bans tied to fraud are not reversed.

5. Payments and refunds

Prices are in USD. Crypto payments through NOWPayments are final once confirmed on-chain. Refund rules live on the refund policy page and are incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. No warranty

Athena is provided as-is. We don't promise it will be up 24/7, undetected forever, or fit for any particular purpose. Same-day updates are a target, not a contract.

7. Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to Athena is capped at the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including account bans inside any third-party game.

8. Arbitration

Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Athena will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court. You waive the right to participate in class actions. The arbitration will be conducted in English. Each party pays its own costs unless the rules require otherwise.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict of laws principles. If arbitration is unavailable for a given dispute, the courts located in [JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We update these terms when things change. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use Athena after a change means you accept it. If you don't, stop using the service.
