Who we are
Athena Systems ("Athena", "we", "us") is a general partnership run by its partners. It is not an incorporated company or an LLC, so the partners may be personally liable to the extent the law requires.
These terms cover the Athena loader, desktop app and script module, this website, our Discord server and bots, and anything else we run under the Athena name (the "Services"). By buying, redeeming a key, downloading or using the Services you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.
Who can use Athena
You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and old enough to use Discord and Roblox under their own rules. Athena runs on Windows 10 and 11 (x64). You are responsible for making sure that using Athena is legal where you are.
Your account and licence
While you have time on your plan, Athena gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the software. You do not own it. We and our licensors do.
- Plans are time based and there is no auto-renewal. Redeeming a key adds its time to your account, and time stacks.
- Keep your username and password safe. You are responsible for everything done on your account.
- A licence is for one person and one PC. It is tied to your hardware ID, and you can move it to a new PC by resetting your hardware ID once every 2 days. Resetting it often is treated as a sign of account sharing.
- From time to time we may run a free period. These terms apply to it in full, and free access can end at any time.
Buying, keys and refunds
Athena keys are sold by independent resellers listed on our website. A reseller takes your payment under its own terms, and we never see or store your payment details. A key is worth the time it was sold for.
All purchases are final. We do not refund for a change of mind, for time lost while a Roblox update has Athena down, for a Roblox or Discord ban, or for an account we have suspended for breaking these terms. If a key or the product is genuinely not working, open a ticket in the Discord and we will take a look. If a reseller has its own refund policy, that is between you and the reseller.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, sell, rent, trade or give away your account, key or licence, or let anyone else use them;
- reverse engineer, decompile, dump or tamper with the loader, app or module, or try to bypass the licence check, the hardware lock or any other protection;
- redistribute, leak or repackage any part of the Services;
- use the Services to harass, defraud or attack other people, or to break the law;
- abuse our servers, bots or support with spam, scraping or automated requests the app does not make itself;
- impersonate Athena staff or lie to us to get support, time or a refund.
Scripts you run are your responsibility. We do not review them, and you are responsible for what they do.
Roblox and your risk
Athena is independent. It is not made, endorsed or supported by Roblox Corporation. Roblox does not allow modifying its client and can suspend or ban accounts at any time, with or without warning.
We do not promise that Athena cannot be detected or that your accounts will be safe. We are not responsible for any action taken against your Roblox account, items or Robux. If you are worried, use an alternate account, and never use Athena on an account you cannot afford to lose.
Updates, downtime and time credits
Roblox updates often, and an update can stop Athena working until we ship a new build. We aim to update quickly, but we cannot promise a timeline or that the Services are always available. We may also take them offline for maintenance or security without notice, and we may change, add or remove features at any time.
When an update leaves Athena unusable for a while, we may pause active subscriptions and add the paused time back once it works again. This is a courtesy at our discretion, not a guarantee, and it only applies to subscriptions that were active when the pause began.
Suspension and ending
We can suspend, ban or terminate an account, licence or device, with or without notice, if we believe you broke these terms, put the Services or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Our systems watch for signs of account sharing and abuse, as described in the Privacy Policy, and can restrict an account automatically.
If we end your access for breaking these terms, any remaining time is forfeited and not refunded. You can stop using Athena whenever you like, but that does not refund unused time. Sections that are meant to outlast these terms, such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and indemnity, still apply afterwards.
Ownership
The Services, including the loader, app, module, website and branding, belong to Athena and its licensors and are protected by law. You keep ownership of the scripts you write, and we claim no rights to them.
"Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. Athena is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or its affiliates.
No warranty
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. That includes any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with any Roblox version, or that the Services cannot be detected.
Limits on our liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Athena and its partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, revenue, accounts, items or goodwill, however they are caused.
Where a limit on liability is allowed, our total liability for anything connected to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your responsibility for losses
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover the losses, costs and claims that come from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Services, including the scripts you run.
General
If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Athena about the Services. We may transfer our rights and obligations, for example if the business is sold. You may not transfer yours.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you keep using the Services after that, you accept the new version. For a change that matters a lot we may also post a notice in the Discord.
