Short, clear rules. No runaround.
Unredeemed keys
Bought a key and changed your mind? You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase as long as the key has not been redeemed. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Crypto refunds are sent to the wallet address you paid from.
Redeemed keys
Once a key is redeemed, it is non-refundable. Redemption means the key has been bound to an account or to a device. At that point, we treat it as consumed.
Downtime extensions
If Athena is down for more than 24 continuous hours, active keys are extended by the equivalent downtime. This is automatic where possible. If a batch needs manual adjustment, we post it in Discord. We do not issue cash refunds on redeemed keys for downtime, only time.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support results in a permanent account ban plus an IP and HWID block. We dispute chargebacks with full transaction logs. If you have an issue with a payment, message us first. We'll almost always resolve it faster than your bank.
How to request
Open a ticket in our Discord with your order ID. Eligible requests are processed within a few business days. Crypto settlement times are out of our control.
