Test whether an instance is cached.
cache.iscached(instance: Instance) -> boolean
true when an instance currently has an entry in the engine cache. After cache.invalidate it reports false until the object is resolved again.
true if the instance is cached.print(cache.iscached(workspace.Part)) -- true
