Encrypt with AES-CBC.
crypt.encrypt(plaintext: string, key: string, iv: string, mode: string?) -> string

only CBC mode is supported at this time | A mode other than CBC was requested. |
the key must be 16, 24 or 32 raw bytes, or base64 of those | The key length was wrong. |
the iv must be 16 raw bytes or base64 carrying at least a block | The IV was wrong. |
encryption failed | The cipher could not encrypt. |
