Decrypt AES-CBC.
crypt.decrypt(ciphertext: string, key: string, iv: string, mode: string?) -> string

a ciphertext and a key are required | An argument was missing. |
only CBC mode is supported at this time | A mode other than CBC was requested. |
the key must be 16, 24 or 32 raw bytes, or base64 of those | The key length was wrong. |
an iv is required to decrypt | No IV was supplied. |
the iv must be 16 raw bytes or base64 carrying at least a block | The IV was wrong. |
decryption failed, the key, iv or padding does not match | The inputs did not match. |
encrypt: encrypt first.
